My name is Mariane Nunes. I am Brazilian, daughter of José Antônio and Maria Benedita, raised in the interior of São Paulo in a simple family, where I learned from an early age the value of work, discipline and building with one's own hands.

My father was a bricklayer and builder. I grew up understanding that everything in life starts with a solid foundation.

I arrived in Dubai in 2015. In 2018, I married an Emirati and built my family here. I am the mother of Nahyan and Hamda, two Emirati children who are the center of my life and the reason for my constant growth.

It was in the Emirates that I built my wealth and consolidated my trajectory as a businesswoman. The real estate market and investments in Dubai transformed my reality and expanded my vision of strategy, asset protection and international expansion.

Over the years, I have developed a structured practice that integrates real estate investments, business guidance and strategic support for families and investors who wish to establish themselves in the Emirates.

Dubai changed my life. Today, I help others build theirs with clarity, structure and strategy.
